as some have already could see, I'm totally fan (like many people I suppose) of food rich in calories and super comforting
In any case, there's nothing better than to make occasional evenings burgers, but be careful, I am speaking about the real "amrican burger "
i mean the COMPLETE
steak, egg, onion and cheese
Well, you will not wait any longer ....

-4 Breads burgers
-250g of minced meat
-4 Eggs
-4 Slices of cheese (for me parva)
-1 Tomato
-1 Heart lettuce
-2 Sweet onions

-peel and slice onions into thin slices
-heat the pan and add 1 dash of olive oil
-made confit onions in the pan with a spoonful of sugar
-Meanwhile realize an onion confit. let caramelize them until they are golden brown dark
-slice the loaves into 2 burgers and make toast in a nonstick pan
Meanwhile, cook your steak in a hot skillet with a drizzle of olive oil
-wash the salad leaves and cut tomatoes into rounds
-in another pan, break an egg in ensuring that the yolk remains intact and made fry so to make a fried egg
you can assemble the burgers now
-why take the bread toasted and spread with the ketchup. put in a spoonful of onion confit. add a slice of tomato and lettuce leaf put the steak on it. add a slice of cheese and finally lay on top of fried egg
-put mayonnaise and mustard on the bread and assemble other
-Serve immediately and eat instantly

ENJOY IT !!!!!!!
